Here we go again. Our next episode of the Podcast futuristic workplace and institutions is out now. This time with the inspiring Maya Ladner, Program Director MSc in Preneurship for Regenerative Food Systems at the ZHAW School of Life Sciences and Facility Management.

In the second part of this episode, we meet Michael Bürgi from INNOArchitects. He shares his understanding of leadership and gives us an insight into the company’s role-based organization model. He goes into more detail about his change from traditional leadership style to INNOArchitects’ approach of distributed responsibility.
